Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of any gender, age >=18 years, confirmed OSAS by polysomnography, elective surgery, and oral or nasotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe trauma to the head and face; 2. Oral tumors and neck masses compress the airway or cause airway displacement; 3. Tumors of the upper respiratory tract or adjacent sites; 4. Obvious scars or deformities on the head and face; 5. Restricted mouth opening; 6. Limitation of cervical spine movement; 7. Combined with ankylosing spondylitis; 8. Family members refuse to undergo tracheal intubation or surgical treatment; 9. Other anticipated difficulties in the airway.
