Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are 35 years old or above, living within the jurisdiction, and diagnosed with primary hypertension. 2. diagnosis of hypertension strictly adheres to the standards specified in the "Chinese Clinical Practice Guidelines for Hypertension".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of definite atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD) events in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems. 2. Patients with severe clinical complications such as heart failure, renal failure, and abnormal liver function. 3. Patients with hematological disorders, in the acute infection period, experiencing sudden family changes, or with a family history of mental illness.
