Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal control group: 1. Age of 18-70 years old; 2. signed the informed consent, voluntarily accepted and cooperated with the treatment. Post-renal transplantation group: 1. Age of 18-70 years old; 2. >6 months after renal transplantation 3. signed the informed consent, voluntarily accepted and cooperated with the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of ocular diseases: poor imaging quality of macular OCTA due to corneal opacity, advanced cataract or vitreous hemorrhage; Patients after vitrectomy, visual omental laser photocoagulation and anti-VEGF drug application 2.Use eye drops in the past week (e.g., antibiotic eye drops, tear substitutes, etc.) 3.OCTA image quality < 20db 4. history of neurodegenerative diseases 5. Check for lack of cooperation 6. patients with graft failure and re-dialysis 7. multiple kidney transplantation and multiple organ transplantation
