Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30-60 years old, no gastrointestinal or urinary tract diseases, no milk allergies, no diagnosed serious diseases (tumors, immunodeficiency diseases, etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute gastroenteritis in the recent past
