Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hospice patients: 1. Estimated prognosis = 3 points; 4. Not taking psychotropic drugs; 5. Providing informed consent and voluntary participation. Hospice family caregivers: 1. Any family member who cares for the patient, who provides care without compensation, and who has face-to-face contact with the patient at least three times a week; 2. Being older than 18 years old; 3. The NRS2002 score of the nutritional screening of the patient under care was >=3 points; 4. Not taking psychotropic drugs; 5. Providing informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hospice patients: 1. Unaware of disease diagnosis; 2. Those with a pre-existing psychiatric condition that prevents them from expressing their views; 3. Those who refused to participate in this study. 4. Those who were died during the study and withdrew halfway through the study. Hospice family caregivers: 1. Those with severe mental illness; 2. Those with cognitive disabilities; 3. Those who withdrew from the study because the patient they were caring for passed away in the middle of the study.
