Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After cycloplegia, the difference in refractive power between the two eyes after dilated refraction was spherical >=1.50D, cylindrical >=1D; 2. Age greater than or equal to 5 years old and less than 18 years old; 3. The horizontal oblique angle angle < 10 ?, the vertical oblique angle angle < 5 ?; 4. Patients who can understand the requirements of the examination and cooperate with the fixation of the optoscope.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other ocular organic diseases; 2. History of previous ocular surgery; 3. Combined strabismus; 4. Combined nystagmus; 5. Combined with abnormal eye movements; 6. Combined with central nervous system diseases; 7. Developmental delay and mental illness cannot cooperate.
