Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers of premature infants with gestational age < 37 weeks and admitted to the NICU 2. No history of preterm birth, no history of chronic mental illness, no taking anxiolytic and antidepressant drugs, and no psychotherapy 3. The mother of premature infants has no communication barrier and can understand the content of the questionnaire 4. Informed consent, voluntary participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The premature infant was transferred to the hospital, abandoned treatment, or died before the end of the study 2. Mothers of preterm infants discontinue or are unwilling to participate in this study 3. Mothers of preterm infants with a score of = 10 points on the PHQ-9 scale, that is, moderate or above postpartum depression 4. Mothers of preterm infants with congenital diseases or surgery during the study
