Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with heart failure with reference to China Heart Failure Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines 2018 ; reduced ejection fraction (left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40% by transthoracic cardiac ultrasound); and age greater than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: acute myocarditis; heart failure after acute myocardial infarction within 40 days; people who are going to undergo valve replacement in the near future; people whose factors leading to heart failure can be removed within a short period of time, such as those who suffer from severe chronic arrhythmia, implantation of pacemaker, or severe electrolyte disorders that return to normal after treatment; people who have history of implantation of permanent pacemakers of various types, buried internal defibrillators (ICDs), cardiac resynchronisation therapy, or other types of pacemaker (internal defibrillator (CRT (D)); people with chronic liver or renal failure; people who have other serious diseases that are considered suitable for the study. Those with a history of pacemaker (internal defibrillator) [CRT(D)] implantation; those with chronic hepatic or renal insufficiency; and those with a combination of other serious systemic diseases that are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
