Group I:Administer PENG block (20ml) and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block (5ml) using liposomal bupivacaine at a concentration of 25ml:133mg
Group III:Administer PENG block (20ml) and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block (5ml) using a mixture of 25ml (containing 133mg liposomal bupivacaine and 50mg
Group II:Administer PENG block (20ml) and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block (5ml) using bupivacaine hydrochloride at a concentration of 25ml:50mg

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing unilateral THA; 2. Age> = 18 years old, gender is not limited; 3. American York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function grade ?~II; 4. Body mass index (BMI) is 18~30 kg/m^2; 5. No history of allergy to local anesthetic drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing unilateral THA; 2. Age> = 18 years old, gender is not limited; 3. American York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification ?~II. 1. Infection at the injection site; 2. Patients have severe arrhythmia or circulatory system disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, respiratory system and coagulation system dysfunction; 3. Recent continuous use of analgesics; 4. History of local anesthetic allergy; 5. Patients who do not accept or cooperate with the block by themselves or their authorized persons; 6. Hemoglobin content: Hb<110g/L for women and 120g/L for men<;; 4. Body mass index (BMI) is 18~30 kg/m^2; 5. No history of allergy to local anesthetic drugs.
