Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Sanders classification II and III; (2) Closed fresh fracture (injury time<2 weeks)

Exclusion criteria: (1) Open fracture; (2) Pathological fracture; (3) Patients with combined neurological disorders who refuse to cooperate with treatment;
