Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 ~ 32 years old; 2. No obvious underlying disease before surgery; 3. The selected patients all had different degrees of nasal deformities such as shortened columella, columella deviation, alar collapse, lateral alar foot shift, flat nostrils, and bilateral nostril asymmetry, and more than 6 months after surgery; 4. Complete clinical data; 5. Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Folliculitis, acne and other lesions in the nose and adjacent parts; 2. History of taking anticoagulant drugs within 1 week before surgery; 3. Suffering from respiratory tract infection or severe heart, liver or kidney disease, etc.; 4. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this test; 5. Incomplete clinical data;
