Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ovulation induction using the standard antagonist protocol during IVF cycles; 2.Embryo culture medium, semen, and follicular fluid samples are complete and stored in accordance with specifications; 3.Clinical data are complete (including laboratory consumable batch records, culture medium production date, opening time, and expiration date); 4.The age of the woman is 20-40 years old; 5.BMI 18.5-28 kg/m²;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exposure to known reproductive toxic substances (such as chemotherapy drugs) during the cycle; 2.Contamination of culture medium samples by blood or other substances; 3.Insufficient sample collection volume or failure to store according to aseptic procedures; 4.A history of three or more previous IVF failures; 5.Severe endometrial abnormalities;
