Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged 18-45 years with insulin resistance (HOMA-IR=2.5) who met the 2003 Rotterdam Conference criteria for PCOS;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and lactation; 2.Drug and alcohol abuse; 3.Malignant tumor (has occurred within 5 years, treated or not treated); 4.Mental illness makes it impossible to communicate or have language barriers, cannot fully understand and cooperate with others; 5.Negligent compensatory heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, stroke, transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, and severe arrhythmia occurred within 6 months; 6.The researchers consider it unsuitable to participate in this trial;
