Arthritis of the knee

Interventions

PRP group:This includes PRP preparation, injections, and general rehabilitation. The key procedure is intra-articular injection of 3mlPRP once a week for 3 weeks
High glucose group:Prepare 15% glucose solution, take 3ml and inject according to the above method, 1 time per week for 3 weeks. The conventional rehabilitation program is the same as the conventional
Routine rehabilitation group:Physical factor therapy such as medium-frequency electrotherapy, 1 time a day, 5 days a week, for 3 weeks. Each operation is performed by the same skilled technician.

45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 45-80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for KOA; 3. The course of the disease is more than 3 months; 4. The severity of KOA is kellgren - lawrence scale grade 1-3; 5. During chronic pain (pain must be experienced at least 3 times), with a score of 4 or more according to the VAS score; 6. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of knee surgery; 2.1 Prior treatment with intra-articular injection; 3. Participated in regular knee exercises within 6 months; 4. Have a history of neurological or psychiatric or rheumatic diseases; 5. Is using antidepressants or opioids; 6. The patient has chronic pain caused by other diseases; 7. MMSE24 score or less or history of seizures.
