Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA grade II-III, BMI >= 30, unlimited gender, and age between 26 and 72 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA Grade > III,history of anaphylaxis to narcotic drugs, hearing impairment, Alzheimer's disease and other causes of communication disorders, serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other functional abnormalities
