Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Main Inclusion Criteria: Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) according to the 2021 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis. The specific requirements are: recurrent knee pain in the past 1 month and at least 2 of the following: (1) Imaging findings: Standing or weight-bearing X-ray examination shows narrowing of the joint space, subchondral osteosclerosis and/or cystic changes, and osteophyte formation at the joint margin. (2) Age: Age>=50 years. (3) Morning stiffness: Morning stiffness duration =40/100; (2) Have received at least 1 platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with one or more lower limb non-knee joint problems that affect daily activities; 2. Treatment with intra-articular steroids or biologic injections such as PRP within 8 weeks; 3. Received other treatment regimens that may have an impact on the observation indicators of PRP treatment within the past year, such as biological therapy such as stem cells, systemic immunosuppressive drugs, etc.
