Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with spinal cord tumors: 1.Imaging diagnosis indicates primary spinal cord tumor; 2.18-75 years old; 3.Primary school education level or above (6 years of education or more); 4.As a native speaker of Chinese Mandarin; 5.Right-handed; Healthy control group 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. Primary school or above (6 years of education or above); 3. Be a native speaker of Chinese; 4. Being right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with spinal cord tumors: 1.A history of other significant neurological diseases, such as a history of brain injury, stroke, or mental disorders such as depression and schizophrenia. 2.A history of past neurological tumors; 3.A history of alcohol dependence or drug abuse; 4.Postoperative pathology is focused on non-primary spinal tumors; 5.Conditions such as claustrophobia or metal implants that do not meet magnetic resonance safety; 6.Researchers determined situations where postoperative motor function is severely impaired and thus cannot cooperate for follow-up; Healthy controls: 1. Have a history of major neurological diseases, such as spinal cord tumors, brain trauma, stroke, or mental disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, etc. 2. A history of alcohol dependence or drug abuse; 3. Depressive symptoms, mental retardation or dementia symptoms; 4. Have claustrophobia or metal implants that do not meet the safety standards of MRI.
