18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age >= 18 years;(2)Pathologically confirmed thymoma (based on the WHO 2021 classification of thymic epithelial tumors) and undergoing thymoma resection (including thymectomy or extended thymectomy);(3)Availability of complete preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative (within 24 hours) clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Pre-existing impaired respiratory function (PaO2/FiO2 <300) or requiring mechanical ventilation support;(2)Concurrent active pulmonary infection, sepsis, or end-stage multiple organ failure;(3)Missing clinical data exceeding 20% of the records;(4)Non-thymoma pathological types.
