Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Occupational exposure group: Workers employed in the fluorine chemical factory for =1 continuous year; Non-occupational exposure group: Staff from the same facility without direct exposure; 2 No intake of fish oil supplements within the past 3 months, and no additional supplement use during the study unless necessary; 3 No acute/chronic diseases, no intellectual or severe physical disabilities; voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with severe liver diseases (e.g., cirrhosis, acute liver injury, hepatitis), severe kidney disease, chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cancer), HIV/AIDS, or autoimmune disorders; 2 Those who have taken medications for blood glucose, lipids, blood pressure, or anti-inflammatory purposes within the past 3 months before enrollment; 3 Individuals with a history of consuming dietary supplements (e.g., vitamins, folic acid, probiotics, calcium tablets, protein powder) within the past 3 months prior to enrollment.
