Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 4-16 years; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); 3.Children with ASD have picky eating, special dietary needs, gastrointestinal problems; 4.Informed consent was obtained from the primary caregiver.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from other systemic diseases such as respiratory tract and digestive tract infections in the past 1 month; 2.Congenital malformations and chronic organic diseases such as cerebral palsy, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.; 3.Autism due to known causes such as fragile X syndrome and Prader-Willi syndrome.
