Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 40 years old, with a complete health record, and able to complete the follow-up. 2.Having participated in a physical examination in the Health Management Department of Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University either previously or for the first time, and expecting to come to this department again to complete the annual physical examination in the future. 3.Without known severe cardiometabolic diseases (such as a history of myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.). 4.Agreeing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with missing key basic data and who are unable to provide complete health information. 2.Individuals who cannot complete the follow-up on schedule, including those with severe cardiometabolic diseases. 3.Individuals suffering from severe underlying diseases (such as advanced cancer, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe infections, etc.). 4.Individuals in whom the study outcome event has occurred before their inclusion in the study.
