Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Unilateral lesions and hemiplegia of one limb, the course of disease is 1-9 months; 2.Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, no obvious cognitive dysfunction, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) >=24 scores; 3.The Burnnstrom stage of the affected lower extremity was stage IV and above. Meanwhile, the modified Ashworth scale of the tonometry of the affected lower extremity was lower than grade 2; 4.Standing balance level 2 or above and can walk short distances with assistance; 5.Compliance was good. All patients signed informed consent forms and were willing to accept patients recovering from stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable vital signs or continuous progression of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events are complicated with serious; ;cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney diseases; 2.Vestibular or cerebellar dysfunction, unilateral neglect, severe sensory disturbance; 3.Participate in other stroke rehabilitation training experimenters; 4.Contraindications of whole body vibration training (pregnancy, fresh fracture, gallbladder or kidney stone, pacemaker, recent arteriovenous ;thrombosis of lower limbs, malignant tumor); 5.Severe osteoporosis; 6.Those older than 80 years;
