The impact of vulnerable carotid artery plaques on ischemic stroke

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasound examination showed carotid hypoechoic plaque (i.e., soft plaque) and plaque thickness > 1.5mm, and the patient was informed of the basic situation and agreed to further neck CTA and MRA examination 2. Age 40~80 years old; 3. There have been no cerebrovascular adverse events recently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have contraindications to imaging examination; 2. Patients with severe infection; 3. Mentally ill and unable to cooperate with the observer; 4. Poor image quality, motion artifacts or difficulty in drawing the region of interest; 5. Participate in other researchers at the same time. 6. Those who do not agree to participate in this study
