Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. ASA classification: I-III; 3. Patients with a definite diagnosis of fracture and undergoing internal fixation (including joint replacement);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI =35kg/m^2; 2. Emergency surgery patients; 3. Combined with other severe trauma or diseases that may affect cognitive function; 4. Patients with a history of preoperative cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 5. Recent use of sedative, antidepressant or cognitive function improvement medications; 6. Inability to cooperate with cognitive function assessment; 7. Immunodeficiency; 8. Blood diseases; 9. Refusal to sign informed consent;
