Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent painless gastroscopy were of any gender, aged 65 to 80 years, with a BMI of 18 to 28 kg/m2 and ASA body mass index I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 2.allergy to related drugs or ingredients; 3.severe organ dysfunction; 4.history of drug abuse; 5.moderate to severe anemia or malnutrition; 6.cognitive dysfunction; 7.participation in other drug clinical trials in the past 3 months.
