Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female patients aged 2 to 60 years with a clear clinical diagnosis of port-wine stains; 2.The skin lesion is located on the face; 3.There are no other related diseases that cause changes in skin thickness and vascular density at the lesion site; 4.Good physical condition and no history of systemic diseases in the past; 5.The treatment area has not received isotope therapy; 6.HMME-PDT treatment is planned;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious infectious lesions can be seen at the lesion site; 2.The treatment area has physical skin diseases or allergic diseases; 3.Suffer from other types of vascular diseases; 4.People with allergic constitutions, those with a tendency to form scars or those with a tendency to form scars; 5.There is a history of intense sunlight exposure within one month; 6.Have taken photosensitive drugs or consumed a large amount of photosensitive food within one month; 7.Those whose electrocardiogram examination shows severe myocardial ischemia and underlying heart diseases that may lead to cardiac arrest; Those with severe liver diseases and impaired liver function; There is a history of hemorrhagic diseases; 8.Those who suffer from serious neurological or mental disorders; 9.Those who have a history of allergy to heimpofen photosensitizers and drugs with similar chemical structures;
