Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 35 years old. 2.Have a relatively stable place of residence and will not move to another city during the follow - up period. 3.Be willing to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form. 4. Be in good mental health and be able to complete the survey independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with poor cooperation and low willingness to participate in follow - up. 2.Those who are simultaneously participating in other clinical research projects that conflict with this study. 3. Those who test positive for hepatitis B, tuberculosis, HIV, or syphilis. 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
