Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign informed consent; (2) In patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and interstitial lung disease, the diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT Clinical Practice Guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 80 years old; (2) Concomitant with any active systemic disease, such as malignancies, infections, metabolic diseases, other autoimmune diseases, and severe heart and kidney dysfunction; (3) Pregnant or lactating women, patients with mental disorders; (4) The researcher judged that it is not suitable to participate in this researcher.
