Intervention group:100ml of sugar water was given immediately after anesthesia and extubation
Control group:Conventional dietary management is used

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age standard: age 18 or older; 2. Anesthesia and operation criteria: endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia with operation time less than 3 hours; 3. ASA classification standard: ASA classification I ~ II; 4. Standard of consciousness recovery: consciousness recovery at the time of extubation after surgery, Steward score> or = 5; 5. Informed consent criteria: Patients voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysphagia: there are problems such as dysphagia or abnormal swallowing reflex; 2. Gastrointestinal diseases: severe gastrointestinal diseases (such as intestinal obstruction, gastric perforation, etc.) or recent history of gastrointestinal surgery.; 3. Respiratory diseases: severe respiratory diseases (such as acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, persistent asthma, etc.); 4. Mental illness or cognitive impairment: mental illness or cognitive dysfunction exists, and it is impossible to accurately cooperate with the study and feedback subjective feelings.
