Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Survivors (age >= 18 years) with a confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer based on imaging and pathology; 2. Time after tumor resection >= 2 months and the condition is stable; 3. Currently conscious, no diseases that affect cognition (such as bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's disease, etc.), and be able to communicate normally; 4. Have basic reading, comprehension and writing skills, and be able to cooperate with the teaching of intervention content; 5. The patient has a smartphone and is familiar with basic operations such as answering calls, WeChat chat and using mobile apps; 6. Informed consent and willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced colorectal cancer survivors who have had metastasis or cancer recurrence and multiple organ failure; 2. Current unstable vital signs (e.g., in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral thrombosis) or serious complications (e.g., venous thrombosis of the lower extremities); 3. Severe heart and lung disease, such as unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled hypertension (systolic pressure >200 mmHg or diastolic pressure >110 mmHg), severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled atrial or ventricular arrhythmia, and uncontrolled sinus tachycardia (>120 beats/min); 4. Serious movement system abnormalities that can restrict movement (such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc.); 5. Non-cardiac and non-pulmonary diseases that affect motor function or can be aggravated by exercise, such as infections, bleeding tendencies, severe kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, limb dysfunction, and severe muscle or bone-joint diseases; 6. Currently, at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity are performed regularly each week.
