Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Phase I: Clinical review of intentional overdose in adolescents 1. The medical record records that the patient has deliberately overdosed. 2. Complete medical records. 3. The age of the patient is 10~24 years old. Phase 2: Quantitative study of intentional overdose in adolescents Intentional overdose group 1. Age 10~24 years old; 2. Intentional overdose; 3. Basic reading and writing skills; 4. Easy to use mobile phone and network. No intentional overdose group 1. Age 10~24 years old; 2. No intentional overdose, but other self-harming behaviors; 3. Basic reading and writing skills; 4. Easy to use mobile phone and network. Stage 3: A qualitative study of intentional overdose in adolescents 1. Age 10~24 years old; 2. Intentional overdose; 3. Have certain comprehension and communication skills; 4. Able to understand and cooperate with the interview process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Phase I: Clinical review of intentional overdose in adolescents 1. Patients who come to the hospital due to overdose of drugs. 2. Missing important information in medical records. Phase 2: Quantitative study of intentional overdose in adolescents Intentional overdose group 1. Self-inflicted injuries and critical lives in need of rescue; 2. Patients with unstable underlying conditions; 3. Have a severe mental disorder; 4. Suffering from a serious physical illness. No intentional overdose group 1. Self-inflicted injuries and critical lives in need of rescue; 2. Patients with unstable underlying conditions; 3. Have a severe mental disorder; 4. Suffering from a serious physical illness. Stage 3: A qualitative study of intentional overdose in adolescents 1. Hospitalization due to accidental overdose of drugs; 2. Patients with unstable underlying conditions; 3. Have a severe mental disorder; 4. Suffering from a serious physical illness.
