Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's family member or authorized person agrees and voluntarily participates in this study; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. GCS score>=3 points, and < 13 points; 4. Patients who have a clear diagnosis of stroke and are receiving intensive care and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have mental symptoms and cannot cooperate; 2. Patients with abnormal intraocular pressure or microphthalmia, ocular or optic nerve damage or lesions, history of ophthalmic diseases or ocular surgery; 3. Conscious or GCS score >=13; 4. Patients with invasive intracranial pressure monitoring; 5. Those whose family members voluntarily withdrew or underwent surgery in the middle of the operation or did not implement the research plan.
