Complex Fundus Diseases

Interventions

Gold Standard:1. Clinical Data: Onset time, symptoms, past medical history, systemic disease history, family history, etc.
2. Ophthalmic Examination: Best-corrected visual acuity, slit-lamp examination, etc.
3. Multimodal Imaging: Fundus photography, wide-angle fundus photography, fundus autofluorescence, B-scan ultrasound, optical coherence tomography (OCT), fundus fluorescein angiography, electrophysiol
4. Multi-Omics Laboratory Tests: Genetic testing, blood tests, intraocular fluid analysis results, etc.
5. Clinical Diagnosis: A precise clinical diagnosis confirmed by senior fundus disease experts based on the above multidimensional information.
Index test:1. Utilizing deep machine learning algorithms to develop an intelligent diagnostic model. 2. An intelligent diagnostic decision-making platform.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have sought medical treatment at the Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University; 2. Patients with a definitive diagnosis of complex fundus diseases, including but not limited to hereditary fundus diseases, infectious retinal diseases, and vitreoretinal lymphoma; 3. Patients with complete and clear clinical data that can be recognized and analyzed by the artificial intelligence system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose diagnosis remains unclear due to incomplete data.
