Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old; Number of 2.GT fracture fragments 5mm; 4. Patients with complete inpatient medical records and imaging data; 5. Patients who have the ability to complete relevant scores.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous shoulder fracture or surgery; 2. Patients with comminuted GT fracture (number of fracture fragments>=3); 3. No displacement or displacement <=5mm; 4. Patients with long-term shoulder pain symptoms; 5. Combined with osteoporosis; 6. Patients with long-term chronic low back pain symptoms before surgery; 7. Patients with systemic diseases such as co-infection.
