Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal diseases and meet the indications for surgery and agree to undergo surgical treatment, regardless of gender, ethnicity, and intraoperative anesthesia method; 2. Open or laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery (limited or not limited to gastrointestinal anastomosis); 3. 80 years old >age >=18 years old and the patient voluntarily underwent surgery, and voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who fail to cooperate with the treatment plan for medication and follow-up; 2. Patients with severe malnutrition, serum albumin < 25g/L; 3. Those with severe systemic diseases; 4. Severe heart, liver, kidney disease and active tuberculosis; 5. Patients with serious complications within 6 hours after surgery or those transferred to intensive care unit after surgery; 6. The patient has loose teeth; 7. Patients with abdominal surgery again and severe intestinal and pelvic adhesions; 8. Those who must use drugs or treatments that have a significant impact on gastrointestinal function after surgery; 9. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease who need surgery; All patients signed the informed consent form.
