18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Complete medical records. (2) No history of cardiovascular or inflammatory diseases, and exclusion of secondary obesity. (3) Age 18 to 80 . (4) No severe kidney or liver diseases. (5) Not using medications that may affect P2RX2 expression, such as metformin, GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA), or sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i). (6) BMI greater than 30 Kg/m^2. (7) No history of pregnancy or tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete medical records. (2) History of cardiovascular or inflammatory diseases, or secondary obesity. (3) Age 80 years. (4) Severe kidney or liver diseases. (5) Use of medications that may affect P2RX2 expression, such as metformin, GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA), or sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i). (6) BMI less than 30 Kg/m^2. (7) Pregnancy or a definitive history of cancer.
