6 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 6-12 years, gender unrestricted; (2)Meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD (predominantly inattentive or combined presentation); (3)Full-scale IQ >= 70 on the Wechsler Intelligence Scale (Chinese revised version, 2nd edition); (4)Not currently using ADHD medications (methylphenidate, atomoxetine) or Chinese herbal treatments (e.g., Duodongning Capsules, Xiaoer Zhili Syrup, Jingling Oral Solution, or other TCM formulations), or having discontinued medication =2 weeks prior to screening; (5)Right-handed; (6)Legal guardian provides informed consent and agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of tic disorder; (2) History of epileptic seizures; (3) Patients with childhood schizophrenia, mood disorders, autism, or intellectual disability; (4) Cranial imaging reveals significant organic lesions; (5) Electrocardiogram (ECG) indicates arrhythmia; (6) Blood tests and liver/kidney function tests suggest severe physical illness; (7) Participation in other clinical drug trials; (8) Presence of metal implants in the body.
