18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years 2.Patients scheduled for elective shoulder arthroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease; 2. BMI > 35 kg/m²; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Liver or kidney failure; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Allergy to local anesthetics; 7. Chronic opioid use; 8. History of neck or supraclavicular surgery; 9. Previous neurological deficits or neuropathies affecting the brachial plexus; 10. Patients classified as ASA IV or higher; 11. Patients undergoing revision, irrigation, and debridement surgery; 12. Poorly controlled hypertension
