Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years old; 2.The clinical diagnosis was non-small cell lung cancer. 3.Clinical stage I-IIIA; 4.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe mental illness; 2.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction who cannot tolerate surgery; 3.Other inoperable contraindications identified by the researchers.
