Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) age >= 60 years; (ii) patients with a pathological diagnosis of differentiated thyroid cancer [2] who underwent thyroidectomy; (iii) patients who need to receive TSH suppression therapy after surgery; (iv) patients with no history of psychiatric-psychological diseases; (v) no serious cardiovascular diseases (e.g., tachyarrhythmia); (vi) patients with the ability to communicate normally and with normal cognitive function; and (vii) patients who voluntarily participated in the study, were willing to accept regular postoperative follow-up visits, and signed an informed consent form .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with progressive thyroid cancer, combined with recurrence or metastasis; 2 Patients with severe uncontrolled tachyarrhythmia; 3 Patients with concomitant serious diseases of the liver, heart, brain, kidneys, and other systems, or other malignant tumors; 4 People who are unable to communicate and exchange ideas over the phone due to linguistic and psychological reasons.
