Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 1, 2019 to November 30, 2024, the outpatient and inpatient patients of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B virus infection, and the diagnostic criteria met the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2022 Edition); 2. Start of nucleoside analogue antiviral therapy; 3. Age> = 18 years old, gender is not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Co-infection: hepatitis C virus infection; 2.Cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma at the time of initiation of antiviral therapy; 3.Use of interferon antiviral therapy; 4.Use of immunomodulators: use of immunomodulators (such as thymus peptide, IL-2, etc.) at baseline or during follow-up; 5.Other conditions: systemic chemotherapy or immunotherapy, organ transplantation caused by malignant tumors; 6.Insufficient follow-up data: less than 3 HBsAg test results, no HBV-RNA test results.
