Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of HIV/AIDS patients is based on the industry standard for diagnosis of AIDS and AIDS virus infection (WS 293-2019) . 2. Age >= 50 years old. 3. Clear consciousness and ability to cooperate in completing the test. 4. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are physical functional impairments such as severe language communication barriers, hearing impairments, or visual impairments that hinder normal assessment. 2. Hemiplegic patients. 3. Suffering from serious mental illnesses, including post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other illnesses.
