Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 150 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects, and 50 patients with non sinusitis related nasal surgery were selected as the normal control group. The diagnostic criteria for CRS are based on the guidelines of the European Position Paper on Rhinosinusitis and Nasal Polyps 2020(EPOS2020).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbidities such as cystic fibrosis, ciliary immobility syndrome, respiratory diseases exacerbated by aspirin, immunodeficiency, allergic fungal sinusitis, and inverted papilloma were excluded; No oral corticosteroids or antibiotics were taken within 4 weeks before surgery; All patients with combined intestinal diseases and those who have suffered from intestinal diseases within one month.
