Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 65 years. 2. Chronic nonspecific low back pain, with pain symptoms lasting >= 3 months, pain occurring >= 3 days per week, and a pain intensity score of >= 3 on the Numerical Rating Scale. 3. Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) total score > 13. 4. Voluntary participation in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with depression and requires antidepressant medication. 2. Presence of specific or potential causes for low back pain (e.g., sciatica, spinal stenosis, herniated disc, spondylolisthesis, recent vertebral fractures). 3. Presence of serious systemic or visceral diseases, including inflammatory diseases, malignant tumors, infections, or trauma. 4. Pain in other parts of the body more severe than low back pain. 5. Plans to undergo surgery within the next two months. 6. Pregnancy or in the pre-pregnancy phase. 7. Presence of contraindications for tDCS or EEG (e.g., scalp lesions).
