18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, both sexes; 2. Patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension diagnosed by imaging; 3. Patients with esophageal varices diagnosed by imaging or endoscopy; 4. Patients with HBV-related cirrhosis, and standardized antiviral treatment and liver protection treatment; 5. Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with fever or infection; 2. patients with malignant tumors; 3. patients with heart, lung, kidney, brain, blood and other important organs serious diseases with dysfunction; 4. patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 5. pregnant or lactating patients.
