Perimenopausal syndrome

Interventions

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy group:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is conducted once daily, 5 days per week. Ten sessions make up one course of treatment, and two courses of treatment (4 weeks) are completed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 45 and 55 years. 2. Presented with perimenopausal symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, menstrual disorder, night sweats, and facial flushing within the recent half year, in accordance with the diagnosis of perimenopausal syndrome in Obstetrics and Gynecology (the Ninth Edition). 3. The modified Kupperman Index (Kupperman Index, KI) > 15 points. 4. Have not taken any drugs for treating perimenopausal syndrome. 5. Possess a certain ability to read and understand written texts and can complete the questionnaire independently or under guidance. 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with organic lesions of the reproductive system or ovarian dysfunction. 2. Those who have taken hormonal drugs, sedative-hypnotic drugs, etc. within the recent one month. 3. Those with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders. 4. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver or kidney functional diseases. 5. Those with poorly controlled endocrine or metabolic diseases, such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism. 6. Patients with malignant tumors. 7. Those who are concurrently involved in other clinical projects.
