Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients planning to undergo laparoscopic assisted radical resection for colorectal cancer; 2. Age range from 30 to 75 years old; 3.BMI 18~30 kg/m^2; 4. ASA classification 1-2 levels; 5. Understand the informed consent form and agree to sign it before this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for regional nerve block (puncture site infection, coagulation dysfunction, local anesthetic allergy); 2. Combining chronic pulmonary and bronchial diseases, old cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attack, sleep apnea syndrome, liver and kidney dysfunction, or mental illness; 3. Long term use of opioid drugs; 4. Refusing to sign informed consent forms, etc.
