Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have lived in Beijing for six months or longer. 2. Male 3. ?Age 18 or older 4. ?Engaged in condomless anal intercourse with male partners in the past 3 months? 5. ?Self-reported HIV-positive serostatus? 6. Willingness to complete all study procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mental disorders, cognitive impairments, or tendencies towards violence who are unable to cooperate with the investigation. 2. Individuals with alcohol abuse, drug addiction, or other substance use disorders who are unable to discontinue their substance use.

| Compared with the baseline survey, the incidence of condomless anal sex (CAS) among HIV-positive men who have sex with men (MSM) with HIV-negative or serostatus-unknown sexual partners decreased by 50% relatively at the 6-month follow-up survey after the intervention.;At the 6-month follow-up survey after the intervention, the incidence of condomless anal sex (CAS) between HIV-positive men who have sex with men (HIV+ MSM) and their HIV-positive sexual partners decreased.;At the 6-month follow-up survey after the intervention, the social and mental health status of HIV-positive men who have sex with men (HIV+ MSM) improved. This was manifested by a reduction in depression, anxiety, and sexual impulsivity, as well as an enhanced self-efficacy in condom use.; | — |
