Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 18-55 years with normal drinking habits, no history of polyuria and no use of diuretics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history or presence of heart failure, cirrhosis or chronic alcohol consumption, nephrotic syndrome, renal failure (calculated creatinine 160 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure > 95 mm Hg) and other serious conditions. (2) hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, decreased cortisol levels or Cushing's syndrome or diabetes insipidus. Be pregnant or breast-feeding. (3) drinking in the past three days or daily drinking or drinking more than three times a week in the past month.
