Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients (or their family members) signed informed consent to use the results of intraoperative multi-locus sequencing for research; 2.Patients had complete imaging data; 3.Patients were treated with craniotomy, and pathological tissues were obtained from multiple sites during the operation; 4.Whole-exome sequencing had been performed on samples of the patient's previous tumor; 5.Postoperative pathology indicated high-grade glioma;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients declined the use of the samples for scientific research; 2.Other injuries associated with brain injury were present in the course of the disease until the date of his surgery; 3.Patients with unclear postoperative diagnosis, missing imaging data, or could not be diagnosed as high-grade glioma according to the current diagnostic criteria; 4.The whole exome sequencing quality inspection was unqualified, or the whole exome sequencing sites in the same patient were less than 3, and the error rate of 80% sequencing sequence was greater than 0.1%.
